About Us
As a couple who love celebrating people and meaningful moments, we created this photo booth business to bring fun, connection, and lasting memories to every event.
With over three years of experience in the wedding industry as a wedding DJ and MC, as well as professional photography experience in weddings and commercial work, we understand how important it is to create moments for people to remember. While Toby focuses on the technical side of the business and ensuring every event runs smoothly, Maddy brings the creativity and warmth through social media, content creation and client experience. As a school teacher, she naturally knows how to connect with people and create a space where everyone feels comfortable and included.
Whether your event is a wedding, party, or special celebration, our goal is simple: to help your guests relax, have fun, and walk away with memories they can treasure for years to come.

Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance for weddings, corporate events, and weekends. Peak dates can book out several months ahead. However, we can do last-minute bookings if our availability matches your chosen date.
We currently take bookings up to 12 weeks prior to the event.
How long does setup and packdown take?
We allow up to an hour to set-up our photobooth, and roughly 45 minutes to pack down
Will I receive digital copies after the event?
Yes, we make sure our clients receive a digital copy of all photographs taken after the event!
Can you create a guestbook?
Yes, we can provide a guestbook as an additional add-on where guests can paste a photo strip and leave a message.
Do you host corporate events?
Yes, and we can also include your company logo on your custom template design!
Are there any extra fees?
We are against wedding tax! However, additional fees may apply when:

Your event is outside a 30km radius of our studio

You have more than 100 guests

Request additional features outside of our standard package e.g. Guestbook, Custom props or Backdrops
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we ask a 50% deposit to secure your booking with us. The remaining balance is due prior to the event
What areas do you service?
We service Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including Byron Bay, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast.
If you have an event outside of these areas feel free to contact us and we may be able to cater to your needs.
